Poster session

The Poster Session will take place on 16 March 2024 (Saturday).

To participate in the Poster Session, an abstract must be submitted in advance and a registration fee must be paid by the deadline of 11 February 2024. Submission of an abstract and payment of the registration fee is equivalent to active participation in a poster session at the conference.

Abstracts should only be submitted using the form on the conference website (link coming soon).

Passive participation - no additional costs.

Selected members of the Scientific Committee will select the best posters from all those submitted. The best posters will be awarded with 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree prizes and a prize for young scientists.

Poster format

The poster should be printed in AO format (height: 120 cm, width: 90 cm). The poster should be hung on the pre-arranged poster table in the morning (by 10:00 at the latest). It is NOT necessary to submit posters in advance. Posters will not have a specific time of presentation to the committee. The poster session will be characterized by open discussion between people interested in individual posters and will continue throughout the poster session.

  • Authors of abstracts are solely responsible for the content of their abstracts.
  • Abstracts will be printed in the abstract book exactly as submitted.
  • Editing of the abstract will only be possible at the time of submission and no subsequent changes will be possible.
  • Confirmation of your abstract will be sent to you by email.

Formatting of abstracts

Please follow the instructions below when submitting your abstract:

  • The abstract should be written in English.
  • The content must be related to sport, physical activity, exercise, nutrition and/or supplementation studies.
  • The abstract should be a maximum of 3000 characters (including spaces and references, but excluding authors' names and affiliations).
  • The table of contents should include: title of the report, name(s) of author(s), affiliations.
  • The contents should be divided into chapters: Introduction, Aim, Materials and Methods, Results, Conclusions and contain 3 keywords (without title repetition).
  • Statements such as "data are presented and discussed" are not allowed.
  • The abstract should not contain tables or graphs.
